San Pablo Towne Centerbuilt in 1990, this local shopping center features grocery, banking, and casual dining establishments. From Interstate 80, exit San Pablo Dam Road and turn left, the center begins almost immediately on your right side on San Pablo Dam Road.

Princeton Plaza - Located on San Pablo Dam Road, this plaza offers shoppers a “super” grocery store/drug center, childcare, automotive maintenance services, animal care, convenience foods, and restaurants.

Dias Plaza is situated on San Pablo Avenue and features an automotive maintenance store, convenience foods, discount shops and the Los Cenzontles Mexican Art Center.

Plaza Sobrante is located between Princeton Plaza and downtown El Sobrante and offers a variety of retail shops and restaurants to local communities.

Sukie's Country Kitchen Country-Style Food in hearty, country-style portions. Serving the best breakfast and lunch in San Pablo for over 27 years.

The Broiler Restaurant with its elegant atmosphere and located in San Pablo Lytton Casino, was rated a four-star restaurant by the Contra Costa Times in 1998. 

La Strada Italian Restaurant is the city's most popular full service restaurant/bar and caters to the general public from all local areas.
