The City Attorney's Office
provides legal advice to the City Council, city Boards
and Commissions, and city officials and employees. The
City Attorney drafts and reviews ordinances, resolutions
and contracts for City Council consideration; he represents
the city in legal actions, and acts as general counsel
for the San Pablo Redevelopment Agency.
